"Crystal Cove Apartments is a great place to live. It is very well maintained and management and maintenance care about the residents. A true testament to the kind of manager he is was the large number of residents who participated in writing letters of recommendation for him, making him the 2016 Rural Development Manager of the Year. I was there for the ceremony along with most of the Crystal Cove residents, Rural Development and the corporate office. I am thankful for this well cared for, safe and affordable place to call home."
