Our last complexes were in our apartments about once a month if not more but here we just got inspected twice. Mary Kay is also an amazing manager who truly cares about her clients. She does everything she can to make all the tentants happy and will do her best to take care of you. Pet friendly and very cheap to keep your pet here. This is the only place I have seen that only has a pet deposit and not a monthly charge for the pet. Cons: the pros of this place definitely outweigh the cons but a few things that would be nice would be maybe newer carpet in the apartment, and we really struggled with people taking our stuff from the laundry.
